Spot Stays provides a platform that connects guests with hosts offering vacation rentals. We do not own or operate the properties listed on our platform. Our role is to facilitate bookings and ensure a seamless experience for both hosts and guests.
2. Guest Responsibilities
When you book a stay on Spot Stays, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate information during booking.
✔ Follow the host’s house rules and policies.
✔ Treat the property with care and report any damages.
✔ Comply with all local laws and regulations.
✔ Understand that cancellation policies vary by host.
Spot Stays is not responsible for any disputes between guests and hosts. However, we’re here to help resolve issues when possible.
3. Host Responsibilities
As a host on Spot Stays, you agree to:
✔ Provide truthful and up-to-date property details, including pricing and availability.
✔ Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant property.
✔ Honor confirmed reservations and avoid cancellations unless necessary.
✔ Pay a 5% commission per booking, which Spot Stays deducts from each payout.
✔ Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Spot Stays is not responsible for managing your property, but we offer tools and support to help you succeed.
4. Booking, Payments & Fees
Guests must pay in full at the time of booking.
Hosts receive payouts after check-in, minus the Spot Stays service fee.
Payments are securely processed through our platform.
Disputes related to payments must be reported within 48 hours of check-in.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Each listing has a host-defined cancellation policy, which guests should review before booking.
Refunds are processed based on the selected cancellation policy.
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, guests will receive a full refund, and Spot Stays may apply penalties to the host’s account.
6. Respect & Safety
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe. By using Spot Stays, you agree to:

✔ Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or fraud.
✔ Use the platform for legal purposes only.
Spot Stays reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these principles.

Spot Stays does not own or manage properties listed on our platform.
Hosts are responsible for property safety, maintenance, and compliance with local laws.
Guests acknowledge that they stay at their own risk, and Spot Stays is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.
