It’s a peaceful space with all modern amenities for a quality family time. We have ACs in both rooms.
You can visit the international rope museum, which is very near to our homestay.
Home made food available, sea food special, we have our own restaurant which is 4kms away.

The space
Ours is a duplex property, 2 rooms on 1st floor with balcony and 2 on the ground. Both upstairs 2bh and downstairs 2bhk has living rooms with sofa seating and are separately available on AirBbnb for guests.
We can also give the complete house for your guests, let me know, accordingly will send the link to you.
Both your rooms are on the Ground floor. One has a queen size bed, and another one has a king size bed., we can provide extra mattresses in both rooms to accommodate 4 people.
The washrooms are attached inside the rooms. Both rooms have split AC units.
Kitchen is a shared one on the ground floor. One kitchen inside and one outside. For all 4 rooms the two kitchens can be used. Extra charges as per usage, kindly note
Dining areas, living rooms and balcony, outdoor garden etc is common to all rooms. We have a smart TV with DTH in the living room.
Our homestay is surrounded with lush greenery and is quiet and peaceful out here
Newly built ground and Indoor stadium is 100mtrs close to our homestay. One can freely play outdoor games there and also indoor games like badminton and Volley ball court is available…
SHIKARA ride for 5 pax 1 hour:
800rs on weekdays and 1000rs on weekends.
Max 7 guests allowed.
Extra 2 guests charge at 300rs

Both rooms are having a AC.
You can indulge and learn Fish Farming while in your stay with us. We have our own Fish Farming unit backside to the homestay.
The fish that we serve is from our own farming. Check the images for our fish preparations.

Avoli, Squid , Prawns, Neymeen , Kera, Natholi, Chala, Kalanchi, Karimeen, Tilapia
Wifi is available free throughout your stay – Speed is 60mbps.
Kettel provided in common dining area with tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets.
Washing machine can be used at a charge of 300rs per load. There is a separate drying space in the terrace.
We have a RO Purifier water unit. Incase needed we can also provide Bisleri bottles at an extra cost.
Our kitchen facility has a Stove with Gas cylinder, all needed utensils and basic masalas. Rest things you have to get. Extra charges as per usage, kindly note
We can clean your rooms on a daily basis as per your need.
We are organizing Indoor, Outdoor games and books to read.
We have a inverter incase the electricity goes off, can run for almost 8-10hrs.
We have Hand Geysers in the washrooms for hot water facility.
Fridge, we have in our main kitchen, incase you need to use it.
We also have an EV charging facility outdoors.
Incase you want to order from outside, we have Swiggy and Zomato coming in, many restaurants in and around.
Our property is Infants and Senior citizens friendly and easily accessible.
We are getting organized to provide you bonfire and barbeque facility.
