Cancellation Policy

Please note that there are three types of cancellation policies available for your consideration:
- Flexible Cancellation:
- Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours (or as specified) before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.
- Any cancellation made after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
- A 10% service fee on the total booking value may apply, which will be refunded in the form of credits to the guest’s account on the booking platform.
- Service fee credits can be used to book any property on the platform
- Moderate Cancellation:
- Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days (or as specified) before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.
- Any cancellation made after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
- A 10% service fee on the total booking value may apply, which will be refunded in the form of credits to the guest’s account on the booking platform.
- Service fee credits can be used to book any property on the platform
- Strict Cancellation:
- Guests can cancel their booking up to 15 days (or as specified) before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.
- Any cancellation made after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
- A 10% service fee on the total booking value may apply, which will be refunded in the form of credits to the guest’s account on the booking platform.
- Service fee credits can be used to book any property on the platform
